Giovanni's Bicycle Club Pizzeria Restaurant - Englewood Cliffs 487 Sylvan Ave

Best Italian restaurant on the east coast! Food was well prepared, well seasoned, well cooked and came together so eloquently. My pasta came with more than hearty serving of bread and garlic knots that were cooked well and never burnt like other establishments. The slow cooked juicy meatballs just melt in your mouth and the chicken parm's quality just is just dropping and brings back memories of mama's homemade cooking. The pizza tasted excellent and had the right amount of the traditional cheese and sauce. Some may call the food made in this establishment out of this world but I call it a job well done.

This is my second time ordering from Giovanni's. The food was delicious, hot and arrived earlier than the quoted timeframe. They also included a small desert for free. The first time I ordered was New Year's and the food was great as well but it did arrive a little late which I assumed was because it was a holiday (I selected 4 stars for that order but for some reason the application saved it as a 1 star review in error). Giovanni's included a free mug with my first order which was a really nice gesture.

I will definitely order from them again!

The food was delicious. My entree was accompanied with artisan bread and garlic knots, which I did not expect: a pleasant surprise. One item I ordered was not included in the delivery. However, I contacted the restaurant and they couldn't have been any nicer or more professional. They offered to immediately bring the item; but I didn't want to be a bother, so they said they will credit my account for my next order. Great food and super customer service: I will definitely order again soon.

First time ordering from the Bicycle Club. It was a most pleasurable experience. There was an over abundance of food, enough to bring extras to work for lunch during the week. The food was delicious. A little heavy on the garlic but still very very good. Our delivery guy was right. We will definitely order from there again.

Everything was fine. But please read instructions because I specifically said where to go, but no one read that section. Other then that, your food is unbeatable. Please keep up the consistency. Thats what keeps people coming back.

The food was great and came hot even though it's freezing cold outside. I had the cheesesteak which was delicious and the fries which when re-crisped up a bit in the oven were also very good. They had run out of the dessert I ordered but kindly called me right away to arrange a subsitution. Great food, great service. I will definitely be ordering again!

I ordered at probably the most busiest times for any restaurant, Sunday evening. Hence, I gave a bit lenience about how much longer the food took than quoted. The order came out wrong though, BUT the customer service was impeccable and they brought out the correct order right away. Otherwise, I would not have given 5 stars.

Top notch service and managers . Quality food w so much taste. I don't think I have enough time to talk about how good the garlic knots and oil are. The delivery driver is a 100% professional and nice. Thanks , I'll be ordering again in the future.

Specialty pizza w garlic, pasted red peppers, and goat cheese was one of the best my fianc and I agree we have ever had. Restaurant threw in a couple freebies that were really nice to get. Top restaurant, will be going back a lot.

Great food, good portions for the price, always on time and hot. The grilled calamari starter is fantastic and I like that I can choose rice, salad, or pasta as an accompaniment to each entree.
